SDC 306 - sun , moon and stars

Here we go again!
Once more joining the Stampotique designers challenge - this time with the theme Sun, Moon and Stars .

I made this "hippie bürste" - card for a neighbor in Sweden as she will turn 80 next week.

I used my very beloved NeocolorsII and some distress inks together with the stamps
 - Doxie ( Magda Polakow) and the
 - Bee (Jo Capper-Sandon)

SDC 305 "under the sea"

I started by making a monoprint background with an acrylic block

Stamps used ;
1. two sticks by Penney/Torrente and
2. Arch by Arwen-McCullen

This is my entry to the SDC 305 = Stampotiques latest challenge with the theme " under the sea".

Feels nice to be back again.

SDC 298 - ... with a pop of colour*

Stampotique Designers Challenge 298...

" Black and white with a POP of colour".

I chose the gorgeous Mansfield sea turtle and used drawing ink to "pop" the tag.

And - I couldn`t stop myself from adding the words " hide, Forest". I thought of Forest Gump and his beloved Jenny - she shouted "run Forest" so he could get away from his bullies . This turtle needs a place to hide from all of us trying to spot him in the sea.

Anyway - nice to be active again. The house has been a mess the last 3 months - I `m trying to sort out MY space again.

SDC 292 - a bookmark for Stampotique

Back again!
Coming home from New Zealand was quit tough -  summer /winter - jetlag - and of course - holiday/work. But we sure had a wonderful time in that beautiful country! Close to nature and this feeling of being very small in a big and powerful world. Loved every minute!

And here we are - back home.
I jumped into Stampotiques latest challenge, were the theme this fortnight is bookmarks.

This time I used my latest found on the Stampotique site. His name is Mervyn. I just couldn`t resist him :-) . AND , of course the little heart from my dear tree topper together with the beautiful french journal page!

SWAPEROO for SDC 289

My beloved Stampotique stamps@work again! I had this wonderful package flown in from Los Angeles just before Christmas.

I used the Giant Shroom, Cranium, Jilian , Moon Girl and Hearts Tie to make this SWAPEROO at Stampotique Designers Challenge no 289.

I haven`t made a journal page in a long time and I really enjoyed building this one together.

A new year, full of hope and adventure!

I used old AND new stuff and will hereby enter the AJJ monthly theme " new year , new adventure" as well as the SSS weekly theme " use something new".
