" Doodling" for wednesdaystampers

" A doodle a day , keeps the doctor away!"

I read that somewhere and I do think that sometimes doodling can help us through the day. I remember at school when the teacher was going on and on , I sat there doodling away and believe it or not - I remembered the teachers words better than many other did! I still doodle today - whenever I'm on the phone I need a pen and a piece of paper.

When Belinda from wednesdaystampers asked me if I would show some of my doodles, I felt very honoured and I didn't know what style she wanted. But that is the good thing with doodling - there are no rights or wrongs!

The blue/green one is a "day doodle". It took me a day to finish it and I filled part by part with doodles. Doodling without plan so to speak... The stamp (face) is bought in Germany , but I do not remember who the designer is.

The pink one is a "planned" one where I had a text that I wanted to write. I got the inspiration for this one from a magazine. The text is about life and that we have to appreciate it;

"We ought to be happy to have two eyes, hearing, the sounds, alphabet, tired feet, a heart, a laugh and even pain. If we didn't have pain, we would not appreciate the time we have without pain..."

Not a lot of stamping here though - the only one used is a little one from Artemio.

Hope you like it!
