I named the page "partnerlook" as because of the glasses and the theme was "working with wire".

Panpastel for Creavil

After a week with flue and a lot of medication, my mojo was very far away. At the craft fair "creativa dortmund", I was almost too week just to walk around... But here we are, new week coming up and Creavil would like to see Panpastel.

I made this journal page with PanPastel of course. The stamps are from Dylusion, Dina Wakley, Stampendious and Denim tampons.

A nice visit from Singapore

These beautiful girls are now on their way back "home" to where they study - one by train and one by plane.

We had a very nice weekend and we all ended up in my basement to make mazebooks.

I feel that I am getting more and more crazy... I just cant stop myself from falling in love with the most weird papers - like school papers, like calendars, like office stuff...!!!

Going through my husbands stuff in his office , I found this wonderful calendar with these gorgeous pages. I decided to try different techniques and fill the papers with flower stuff. This is one page. I used a lot of different stamps and fabric as well. The coloring is glimmer mist, because I didn't have any other colors with me as we had our monthly session with our local scrap group.
And I have to say that I did like the colors, the way they were...


So this will be my entry to the art journal journey where the theme this month is flowers.

white space for susanne

VERY much inspired by Françoise Melzani!!! I adore her art and techniques. I get the feeling that I have to touch her pages... all that structure!

BUT something happened yesterday.
One of my first friends in life died. My age, not even 47.
Many years ago, she got the diagnose "crohn's disease" and she got morphine to ease the pain. Now, many years later, she died a death caused by morphine. She didn't want to live anymore, she had had enough. But what kind of life did she have?

I feel so sad.

And then I read that Michelle Ward will end her monthly "themes" this month. I didn't join in very much , but I sure will miss the inspiration she gave me each month!!! This time she asks for some "white space" on a page. So this will be my "white space entry' to her last GPP street team theme "restraining order".
