The Craftbarn is challenging us to use faux stitches/crackle...
I used my sizzix embossing plates to emboss the edges of this card.
The face is a stamped image from "gorjuss" and the dress is "homemade" with stitches doodled onto it.
As I really like Christy Tomlinsons art work, this is my way of trying her style. I really enjoyed making this, but maybe I shouldn't have used so many rubb-ons in the end...?! It's hard to stop when you have fun!
The background is made with acrylics and the dylusion spray inks and stencils.
Otherwise...lace from my grandmother and rubb-ons from Kaisercraft.
Hope you all like it!
Best regards from a hot and sticky Luxemburg!
