Travel! That is the word for me!
Having a husband who seems born to travel, he always pushes me to try different and exciting destinations . With him, I have seen a lot in this world - without him, I`m quit sure, I would have seen only a 10th... ( like a good friend of mine would have said here -"bless his butt"...)
For this page, I used stamps from Scrapbook Werkstatt (Weltenbummler by Stephanie Berger) and from Kaisercraft (Memory boxes). Other materials ; dylusion inks, a TCW template and a lot of WOW embossing powder.
I found 3 very nice AND true quotes - the best (according to me) is still "to travel is to take a journey into yourself".
Hope you like this entry to the Q&L challenge at the craft barn, where the words given this fortnight is flower and/or travel.
And now I have the inspiration to finish my travel journal from our last trip...

AntwortenLöschenLena, I just read your comment on my blog about my ink. I was lamenting the fact that the ink (shimmer mist) that has lots of mica powder in it didn't scan well. I'm also a big fan of gesso, but that was not the look I was going for this time, since I really wanted the mists to bleed into the file folder substrate, which the gesso would not have allowed. But I certainly appreciate that you took time to offer your advice. It is greatly appreciated.
