Christmad card using a die or two...

A Christmas card made to a dear friend of mine. I used 2 dies (standard circle from Spellbinders and a part from a Christmas tree from Sizzix) so I can join the challenge at SimonSaysStamp Wednesdaychallenge where you are supposed to use a craft die.

Stamps used from Inkadinkado, Reprint , Carabelle studios and MyStampBox.

Wishing you a lovely week!

Playing with my gelli plate...

I get the feeling that my Christmas cards this year will be more pink than red.

Having fun!

Letter H

Hello again! Sunday and here we go...

This is my entry to the craft barns alpha challenge letter H.

Using the dylusion ink spray again. The "bleeding" heart is made with modelling paste and the small hearts are from Tim Holtz. The stamp is from My Stamp Box.

Sooo - my letter H = hearts.

Wish you all a wonderful week!

the whatevers no 5

May I proudly present Tram No 38 going from The Vienna City ring to Dornbach 17th district and back again!

Helmut was very proud this very first day at work! NOTHING would happen to this wonderful wagon as long as he was in charge. Sitting there in that front seat, high above the pedestrians, made him feel kind of important and if somebody didn't see him he would promptly pull the string and the clock sound would start. He enjoyed seeing how the people jumped aside by the sound, as well as he loved the children running after and trying to catch up with the wagon, as it started going after each stop.

So this was a very important day in Helmuts' life, as he stood there whith his collegue posing for the photografers....

This is my 5th entry to Nathalie Kalbachs' exciting story telling called "the whatevers". Great fun!
To join in or just to get more information , you can check it out here.

The background is made with different stencils and masks as well as gesso and texture paste and later coloured with dylusion and disteress inks.
The stamps are from My Stamp Box and Kesi' art stamps. I doodled some strings and added this gorgeous washi tape from Scrapbook Werkstatt.

I wish you all a great, sunny start of the weekend!

The start of my summer book 2012

I had to wait a long time for the photos to arrive, but now they are HERE!

I started with finishing the cover page, using stamps from Kesi'art and My Stamp box.
Tomorrow will be the big test - do I have space enough for all the photos?

Love it, love it, love it!!!

My postcard for Artful times.

I made this card for the artful times. It is the first time that I join their challenge, and it seems to be a nice one. They would like to see postcards with letters or script.
Only 2 weeks away from our last holiday, I 'm still in the traveling mood - that's why I use the word "travel".

The background is made by cut out words from My Stamp Box and Kesi' art. After the layer of gesso I sprayed some dylusion inks through a stencil from the crafters workshop.
The letters are my "slim Jim"'s, cut out with the cuttlebug, and finally, the tag is a freebie from the magazine Scrap 365.

...and - i can't help myself to get away from those colors - blue, green and orange are still my very favorites..!

Luxemburg is wet, cold and very dark this tuesday evening. Autumn did arrive at last.

Happy crafty hours!

A mini scrap book for Cedric.

This is the mini scrap book from Denmark. I just finished it and in the end I got quit pleased with it.

I used laminated plastic between the pages to keep them all together. In this plastic I could store small souvenirs from  the holiday.

The papers are all from scrapbook werkstatt.
I really like this collection called "Weltenbummler".

I used stamps from My Stamp Box and from l'encre et l'image.

And yes, it is possible to sew through the plastic.

I just love these stamps - you can really use them for every kind of scrapbooking or mini album. My friend Jaine belongs to the design team of My Stamp Box and I really like their stamp collection.

This is it for now!

Hope you like my little book!
