A Special Moment for AJJ
Finally, I was able to finish these pages for Art Journal Journey's monthly challenge - for march the theme is "special moments".
There are so many moments in life called special, and I really found it hard /difficult to decide the "right" special moment to use. But as I'm still very excited about the weekend with Nathalie Kalbach here in Luxemburg, I thought I could use that memory as a special moment...
The background is a "credit card make" and later covered with Donna Downeys "poppie foam stamp" .
Other stamps used;
Dina Wakley, PaperArtsy, Scrapbook Werkstatt and Sizzix.
The words are memories from that weekend.
Love to you all!
Lena

the letter P for the craft barn
This is my entry to the craft barns alpha challenge - letter P = "pose".
I made the background last weekend attending Nathalie Kalbachs workshops here in Luxemburg; We had a great time with Nathalie, trying different of her techniques with PanPastels and acrylics. Then finishing of the weekend creating a canvas.
I used stamps from paperArtsy and Unitystamps.
Today (even yesterday) winter retuned AGAIN! We all long for better temperatures and spring feelings ...
Wish you all a great week with lots of sun and happy feelings!

the whatevers no 5
May I proudly present Tram No 38 going from The Vienna City ring to Dornbach 17th district and back again!
Helmut was very proud this very first day at work! NOTHING would happen to this wonderful wagon as long as he was in charge. Sitting there in that front seat, high above the pedestrians, made him feel kind of important and if somebody didn't see him he would promptly pull the string and the clock sound would start. He enjoyed seeing how the people jumped aside by the sound, as well as he loved the children running after and trying to catch up with the wagon, as it started going after each stop.
So this was a very important day in Helmuts' life, as he stood there whith his collegue posing for the photografers....
This is my 5th entry to Nathalie Kalbachs' exciting story telling called "the whatevers". Great fun!
To join in or just to get more information , you can check it out here.
The background is made with different stencils and masks as well as gesso and texture paste and later coloured with dylusion and disteress inks.
The stamps are from My Stamp Box and Kesi' art stamps. I doodled some strings and added this gorgeous washi tape from Scrapbook Werkstatt.
I wish you all a great, sunny start of the weekend!

the whatevers no 3
.......and now - this is my entry to Nathalie Kalbachs creative storytelling called the whatevers.
I started this page before we went on holidays and today I was able to finish it. Not many words to this story - HUNGER is a word we all understand and I do believe that "Berta" is hungry.
I have to link this to the whatevers no 4 even though it is the whatevers no 3 . Maybe Nathalie can sort it out...
Wish you all a great week!
