This page is made with a lot of inspiration from France Papillon , even the background stamp French journal page is her creation. The front image is an old Dina Wakley  stamp - still one of my favorites...

 Please February - be kind!

We need light and happiness. We need signs of spring and sleepthrough nights. We need hope and kindness.

Please be gentle - please be kind!

This is my 3rd page (out of 4) where the background is a collage and the focus is a stamped image.

Here I`ve used Mela (Stampotique) , Funky Ducks (Carabelle studio) and Rainbow is my favorite color (Carabelle studio). 

I love using "old" scrap pieces - here I even found paper from SODAlicious ! LONG way back!

Let us hope that February will be nice!

Thirty days has September, April , June and November.

Unless leap year is its fate, 

February has twenty-eight.

But all the rest have tree days more,

excepting January, wich has six thousand one hundred and eighty-four.

This spread is about all these wonderful things to expect and look forward to, once January has passed.

More colours, a brighter sun .... all these "things" waiting for their time to shine.

I `ve used acrylics , posca-pens,  templates (Kate crane and Birgit Koopsen) from Carabelle Studio , a lovely stamp from Gummiapan and different die-cuts from Elisabeth Craft Design.

Thoughts in a journal.

 Reading Magnus Fridhs book about calmness I started filling this page with "the essence" of his words.

The background is acrylic, rub-ons and Birgit Koopsens stamp "rainbow is my favorite color".

We need to have faith!

 Another page (no 2 out of 4) where I have used painted elements in a collage. I love to put it all together and use my sewingmachine to finish it of.

This one is called "have faith" because we all need to have faith in something;

It could be having faith in God, in your body, recovery, friendship, succes, good times coming... anything!

It is ok to feel sad.

 

An art journal page inpired by France Papillon and our January weather in Luxembourg.

And I do think it is important to allow ourselves to feel sad once in a while.

I love to color stamped images with neocolors, cutting apart and then putting it all together.

Postcardswap a la iHanna

 My pile of finished postcards for the ihannaspostcardsvap . Tommorrow I will send them to the 10 addresses iHanna sent me. Quit interesting to get 10 different postcards from 10 different people - maybe from 10 different countries...!!! 

I will send my postcards to Israel, UK, Australia and USA.

A birthday card for a friend turning 60!

Digging through my boxes of stamps I finally found this gorgeous flower from Paperartsy ( HotPick).

I cant help myself - I am still in love with all these weird images from Stampotique. 

For this card I used Mervynboy, Soulful Heart and Colour Wheel. 

Other stuff used; A raven die-cut from Sizzix (alterations), Dylusion ink sprays, Glossy accents and Staz-on.
