Hortense
Just want to show you a nice idea from work - ;
Whenever a colleague stops, we make a scrap book . Everybody makes one page , writing wishes for the person leaving and puts together like a small collage out of photos and stickers. It is very exciting each time to see what ideas people bring.
This is the front page of book 1 - for Hortense, who worked with us from 2003 till 2016.
The stamp is a lovely angel from gummiapan and the background is random water colour splatter .

TWO for SDC no 229
This week Stampotique`s challenge is all about TWO .
My journal page is quit simlpe , I used the dog cube together with my chocolate stamps from Lora Bailora (dying for chocolate).
Maybe I chose these stamps because I really AM dying for chocolate right now - have you ever tried vegan chocolate? I promise - it is NO fun.
Tomorrow my 30 days vegan will be over... I believe that I will continue though... I feel FINE, FIT and... HAPPY!
I just have to find some nice chocolate to eat - I can NOT imagine a life without it!
Wishing you all a nice last day of January -16!

"hues of reds and pinks" for SDC no 228
Stampotiques latest challenge is about using only hues of reds and pinks.
I decided to join in and - "Voila" - here is my card!
I used the vintage bill made by France Papillon together with the gorgeous megaflakes from Indigoblue. Sorry, but the picture does n`t really show the beauty of those flakes...
The main little bear is a stamp from Magda Polakow and the colors used are bright pink and red Dylusion acrylics.
Wishing You all a nice and cozy Sunday afternoon!

the 30 day challenge
Ever heard of Attila Hildmann?
He is an author and vegan chef, who has written great books about vegan lifestyle and how it has changed and improved his life.
This month I joined his challenge " 30 days vegan". To document the journey, I made this journal where I `m writing recipes, feelings, thoughts... just about everything happening to me these 30 days.
Today it is quit easy living vegan - it is easy to find things to replace dairy products and meat.
I `m happy I joined the journey and I know it will be a big change to go back to "normal" living again. Maybe I `ll stay vegan (?), who knows...
Wish you a nice and healthy January (with or without vegan lifestyle) !

Postcard swap a la iHanna!
Before going on holiday, I finished these postcards to join iHanna`s postcard swap 2015.
I stayed true to my beloved color combination and had a great time putting it all together.
Now postcards drop in here from all over the world - very nice!
If you would like to check the swap, please click here.

"Shit happens..."
...well... sometimes life is pretty tough, but somehow we all have to continue. We can`t just lay down and give up - `cause life does go on!
I made this canvas using my lovely leaf blueprint given to me by my friend Katherine. It was really nice to spend some time crafting again.
Wish you all a nice and colorful October!

Another mini album. This one made with transparent acetate pages. This is from today`s workshop with mosaikscrappers. Jaine had prepared the kits and made a great job teaching us how to doodle and how to put everything together..
Interested in a kit ? Check out Jaines new webshop - Basementstudio...
Life can truly be full of surprises. Why don`t we just let life surprise us?
